Several of our baby blanket patterns are adapted from a 1950's booklet for a cot cover in a "crocus" design, which is referred to as a "recipe". A similar pattern, the Princess Pram Cover, is featured in the Stitch Needlecraft and Home Feature Magazine in the January 1951 issue.

All of our baby clothes made in acrylic can be machine washed at 30 or 40 degrees. Please do not use a hot iron as this will flatten the yarn and spoil its appearance.
