1. As all of our baby clothes and blankets are individually hand knitted, each item is unique so buttons used may vary to that shown. We try to provide accurate descriptions of all products, however sometimes shades are not exactly as shown due to computer reproduction!
2. Normally orders are despatched within 3 working days as all items listed are in stock.
3. You must decide before ordering if the goods are suitable for your needs. It is your responsibility to order the correct sizes.
4. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse orders for items shown on our website with an incorrect price or with any other incorrect information. No contract is made with you until we have dispatched your order.
5. Prices and availability of goods are subject to change without notice. Prices are as shown and quoted in GBP Sterling. VAT is not charged.
6. All prices include packaging.

PAYMENT METHODS
Our payment service provider, Paypal, provides a secure online purchasing environment.
After you complete your order, by successfully submitting payment through Paypal's service, you will receive an email confirmation of your order. This means that your bank has authorised the transaction. We will then process and despatch your order.
We also accept payment by cheque, however the goods cannot be despatched until the cheque has been cleared. Please contact us if you wish to use this payment method.
English law governs these Terms and Conditions and your use of our website and you agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English Court. This does not affect your non-excludable statutory rights.
This website and our Terms and Conditions have been designed for use within the United Kingdom and under UK law.
RETURNS
In accordance with the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Act, you may return the goods to us within 7 days from the date of receipt of the goods (cooling off period) and if they are in perfect re-saleable condition, with original packaging and receipt/invoice, then we will give you a full refund. You must inform us in writing of your wish to cancel and return the order.
The refund will be in the form of the original method of payment - we do not issue credit notes. However, you will be responsible for the cost of returning the goods to us. If the goods are faulty or not what you ordered, then you can return them, in original packaging and with receipt/invoice and we will refund payment and the return postage costs.
If you return goods please ensure that you have packed them in a safe way. We will not be responsible for any damage or goods that get lost in the post and recommend you use recorded delivery.
